Sourdough made from whole grain wheat and kamut, with toasted flax and sesame seeds. A Madison Sourdough tradition. Baked as a 2.25lb sandwich loaf and pre-sliced for ease of use (freezes beautifully and individual slices can go directly from freezer to toaster).
