Try this sweet twist on the classic Italian olive oil cake in a size perfect for 2-3 people. Made with Saffi Saana’s avocado oil as it’s primary fat instead of butter, this cake has a wonderfully soft crumb and a unique, subtle, fruity flavor that is enhanced with fresh blueberries.
