This wine has lighter notes of stone fruits with saline minerals and a bit of citrus with savory spice and a flavor set of citrus and apricot. In Spain’s coastal Basque Country, “Xarmant” (char-mant) means ‘charming’ and txakoli is the joyous, light, white wine shared amongst friends.
