Please join with other food business entrepreneurs on Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. for networking and a workshop offered by Peter Robertson, Chief Creative Officer for Tribe 9 Foods, Founder/Owner RPs Pasta. When pricing a product, it is important to know the costs of producing your product as well as the price that different market segments can bear. Peter will discuss how to determine direct costs (ingredients, packaging, labor) and overhead costs (facility, equipment) in order to get a baseline for pricing your product.

Food is available for purchase until 7:00 p.m., as are non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine.
