Join Caroline for her Sunday afternoon meditation of gnocchi rolling! These delicate little dimpled pillows of sauce conveyance can add a little hand-made love to any meal, from the simplest of weeknight throw-togethers to a most carefully prepared supper to impress. Learn how to feel the dough, roll the shapes, freeze for a rainy day, and make a few dishes with fresh, local produce.
This class ticket includes recipe demonstration and hands-on learning opportunities in the Pasture and Plenty demonstration kitchen, your very own gnocchi board, and a meal to share with each other.
