With each $40 ticket, guests receive a link for the virtual cheese board workshop and a festive holiday kit featuring three favorite Roth cheeses and Niman Ranch charcuterie perfect for entertaining, along with special local condiments and accompaniments to build a board to serve 4 (Retail value $100+).

Kits are available for shipping or local pick-up! So send one to your favorite out of town friend, get your neighbors together for a cheeseboard class in your kitchen, gathering around a good cheeseboard is just the right thing to ring in the season.

Orders for shipping due by Nov 28, to ensure arrival by the class day.

Kit ordering will stay live until midnight on Dec 4th for local pick-up.

Local pick-up in Madison is available between 3pm Thursday, Dec 1st and Tuesday, Dec 6th at 7pm at Pasture and Plenty (2433 University Ave).

Viroqua pick up available at The Noble Rind, in downtown Viroqua at The Historic Fortney Hotel. Monday, Dec 5th, 4pm-6pm. **Order cut-off for Viroqua pick up is Sunday, Dec, 4th at noon**
